Services

We provide electrical, CCTV, lighting, data, testing and maintenance services.
Quotes may change if additional work is required once on site.

Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website or its content.
All content is owned by Xeni Electrical Ltd and cannot be copied without permission.

Appointments & Quotes

• Appointments are confirmed via phone, email or WhatsApp
• Quotes are valid for 14 days
• Any additional work will be discussed and agreed in advance

Payments

Payment terms are provided with each invoice.
Payments may vary depending on the job.

Liability

We are fully insured (Hiscox – £5 million).
We are not liable for pre-existing faults, unsafe installations or misuse of equipment.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
Late cancellations may incur a charge.
